Pipe-Pal Consumable Warranty and Liabilities Disclaimer:​

• Consumable items carry no warranty other than to be free of defects upon arrival.  See exclusions and limitations below.

Exclusions and Limitations:

• Products manufactured by anyone other than Pipe-Pal are subject to the conditions of the warranty supplied by the original equipment manufacturer.

• When applicable, this information will be disclosed on their respective web pages.

• Products co-branded with another company may sometimes carry a warranty less than 90 days.

• When applicable, this information will be disclosed on their respective web pages.

• Damage to a product caused by improper use, dropping, abuse, etc, will void the warranty.

• Conduit spacers are not to be used as a supporting means. Proper supports/straps for conduits/pipes, must be  used in conjunction with conduit spacing products.

• Pipe-Pal Tools & Accessories Inc. assumes absolutely no liability for misuse/improper use of our products.

• Laser Systems require proper safety precautions be used at all times when operating/using laser devices. This includes use of controls and PPE outlined on our Laser safety information.

• It is acknowledged that safety information has been read prior to operation and proper safety guideline/controls have been put in place and have also been utilized prior to operation.

• **Our products contain small magnets and are to be kept out of reach by children at all times.**

• **Laser unit is not a toy and emits radiation. Laser is to be kept out of reach by children at all times. **

• **Consumable items carry no warranty other than to be free of defects upon arrival. 

• Replacement only on manufacturing defects.

• If purchased from a wholesale or distribution outlet, original packaging, purchase receipt and product must be included with return. 

• If it is deemed product has been damaged other than manufacturing defect, return/replacement warranty will be null and void.

• Warranty shipping will be at purchasers cost, unless it is deemed return is a result of defect occuring during the manufacturing process.
